Yes! We're excited to welcome new patients into our practice. Call (315) 612-3177 to make an appointment.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

We offer a few same-day appointments on our daily schedule. After they fill up, we strive to get you in to be seen quickly, including next-day appointments and visits within the week.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU AFTER HOURS?

We have an after-hours answering service for those questions that can't wait until the next day. Call our regular number, (315) 612-3177 to reach our answering service after our office closes. Of course, if you have an emergency, please call 911.

WHERE DO I PARK?

We have a large parking lot in back of the North Fulton Street office with plenty of free parking for your convenience.

WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN YOUR PRACTICE AND EAST HILL MEDICAL CENTER?

We are a practice of East Hill Medical Center. This relationship means Duckett Family Medicine's billing and other administration functions are done through the Medical Center. This allows Dr. Duckett the ability to focus on patient care. Because we are a practice of East Hill Medical Center, you may receive bills from East Hill Medical Center for services rendered at Duckett Family Medicine.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

We want to make sure that getting the healthcare you deserve isn't a cause of financial stress. If you have out of pocket costs, we offer a sliding scale fee based on your income and family size.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

We accept a variety of insurance plans. We'll even consider adding your coverage if we don't accept it already. To make sure this isn't a barrier to getting the best healthcare, we also offer a sliding scale fee to ensure out of pocket expenses are reasonable.

WHY DO I NEED TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK?

Dr. Duckett established this new office in October 2020. This means staff has no access to your medical records from his previous offices at AMMS unless you provide us your consent to transfer your records. We are required to comply with security and privacy laws. We recognize it is an inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH OPTIONS?

Yes, Dr. Duckett does offer telehealth visits depending on the presenting issue. Please contact the office to speak to a nurse to see if it's appropriate to address your concern.
